In the 2000s, Alexey worked as an assignment photographer for numerous publications. From 2007 to 2013, he taught photography and photojournalism, worked as a photo editor for various magazines and curated photo exhibitions. In 2016, driven by his passion for photography and retouching, Alexey founded Paragon Retouch, bringing his expertise and vision to life.

Elena joined the studio in 2022 to pursue her true passion in design and art after 17 years working as a marketing director for major retail chains. She applies her extensive knowledge in management to improve the team’s workflow, to ensure smooth collaboration with clients, advertising agencies, and production teams, and to deliver exceptional results.

Anastasia started as a photographer and developed her passion for commercial and art retouching in 2007. She has been with Paragon since 2016. She oversees the retouching process and is in charge of the overall production quality. Every photo presented to clients is personally approved by her.

Irina has a background in art and law and brings to the table a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills. Her systematic approach helps her manage projects with efficiency and to meet deadlines. Joining Paragon in 2020, Irina has been successfully bridging gaps between the retouching team and clients.

Roman has a BA in linguistics and holds a master’s degree in photography from Syracuse University. He has had training in photojournalism and worked globally as a photographer, videographer and photo editor. Joining Paragon in 2020, he now manages international projects.

Elena plays one of the key roles at Paragon Retouch as she has had an extensive experience organizing photo shoots and post-production since 2010. She manages product photography projects for catalogs and eCommerce, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and creativity. Elena’s passion and expertise bring excellence to every project she oversees.

Trained as a film and TV direction of photography, Anna has been a professional retoucher since 2008. She worked as a senior retoucher for a major retail chain for more than five years managing team projects while teaching retouching at an online school. Her motto is “Anything’s possible. The impossible just takes more time.” She has been with Paragon since 2020.
